Fossil of pregnant turtle discovered

Check out this story about a fossilized pregnant turtle discovered in Canada. The 75 million year-old fossil will give scientists more information about the evolution of reproduction of turtles and tortoises. The turtle was carrying approximately 20 eggs at the time of her death.

Okay, I forget that turtles are slow in responding, so I'm going to discuss why turtles make great pets.

Turtles are interesting and cute and can live for a long, long time when cared for correctly. Take for instance my two favorite celebrity turtles Cuff and Link from the movie Rocky.
